There are two components and both are available as public projects on GitHub.

It is designed to be installed on its own server and only needs query-retrieve rights on your PACS database. This is a stand-alone open source project started by Radiopaedia and coded by Andy Le. * Note: DICOM upload is not yet available (c. retrieve from PACS and anonymize the images. The app does everything for you except choosing which cases to upload: It is fully DICOM compliant and compatible with any PACS, and uses the latest DICOM libraries that allow for conversion and upload of any study type including multi-frame studies such as cineloops and tomosynthesis (3D mammography). RadUploader is a new version based on the open-source Radiopaedia Uploader (see below). Then download the Radiopaedia plugin from here.

If you haven't done so already, first download Horos from here.

This Mac plug-in for Horos or OsiriX (see below) allows you to quickly upload selected studies/images to your Radiopaedia account as draft cases or add images to an existing case you own ( public, unlisted or draft).Īlthough the plug-in will work equally well with Horos and Osirix, we strongly encourage you to use Horos and not to use OsiriX Lite. If you have created an uploader and would like us to list it here, please contact Horos/Osirix uploader
